Embrace, Live & Train in the Spirit of Aloha.

Our mission is to perpetuate and enhance the culture and lifestyle of outrigger canoe paddling with integrity and respect for the community, traditions, and evolution of the sport.

Oceanside Outrigger Canoe Club serves more than 300 members annually from throughout North County San Diego.

We offer competitive and recreational paddling programs for all ages “8 to 80” at our facility based in the Oceanside Harbor.

    Living Aloha

The Spirit of Aloha is a way of life.  “Live Aloha” is an expression of a deep sense of belonging to a community and caring for each other. It is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence. We aspire to act with courtesy and caring to strengthen the community we value.

    One Team

Outrigger canoe paddling requires six paddlers in the canoe working in unison, each with a role to play. The club encourages a sense of responsibility through individual and collective actions to improve our community and team.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

We believe in actively giving back and serving our local community. Oceanside Outrigger Canoe Club works with the City of Oceanside, community organizations, and several local non-profits in a variety of ways to do our best to keep our beaches clean, develop local youth, and support our veterans. The club offers membership scholarships through the Koʻo program for youth and individuals.

OOCC has partnered with organizations including:
